Hello every body!

A few things have come to my attention lately, ONE; I really want to go back to study. TWO; I really don't want to go back to study MY degree. I'm looking into a fine arts degree majoring in photography. To be honest I never did like my university, and the way it was run, and various different things which have happened recently which just make me want to throttle them. So i'm thinking why not give QUT another go? It will be good to be back with friends, in a REAL uni environment, without the sad and silly memories which haven't really helped much from my current uni.

Oh yeah, and THREE; I really, really need to stop with the impulse buys. Though ONE good thing did come of this..... *drum rolllll please* I bought a tablet!! I've been spending the last few days just mucking around with it on photoshop, and I've started completing a few drawings. I feel ridiculous, obviously, because I'm a photographer, not a fine artist... but it feels good to dream (and when I can actually RECOGNISE what the subject is, after having drawn it - trust me this is a great thing!!)

I'm also starting to learn Spanish with a close friend, and this will be taking up a lot of spare hours, I'm sure...! Hopefully I will be able to go traveling to make use of this soon-to-be new found wisdom to see how well i do. But we shall see, we shall see.

Hopefully I'll work up the courage to put a few of my sketches onto dev art over the next few weeks. I figure everyone already knows that i'm sub-par artist, I may as well get some good critiquing out of it, right? But please... PLEASE don't hurt my fragile ego!

Hope my uploads over the next week aren't so shocking you all decide to hate my devart page!!
